To get the quickest possible response:

  • Select an enquiry type that most closely relates to your request, so we know where to direct it. For example, trouble logging in? Select “Recover access to my account.”
  • Don’t send more than one ticket for the same issue—this will automatically push your enquiry to the back of the queue and slow down response times.
  • Remember that you’re messaging a person. We welcome constructive criticism, but abusive messages won’t be responded to and may result in your account being suspended.
